Please note: The above rates are for standard occupancy (4 people). If more than 4, then an extra charge of 40 Euros/night/person applies.
Rates are in Euro/villa/week* and include:
• VAT and all taxes.
• Welcome fruit basket and wine at arrival.

General
* Minimum stay 7 nights.
* For big families, groups and special events Villa Elia and Villa Levanda can be rented together. They are designed to offer full privacy as independent accommodations in a gated estate.
* Check-in at 16h00, check-out at 11h00.
* For late arrivals (later than 21h00 at Gavalochori), if welcome service is required then an extra charge of Euros 30 applies.
Payment Terms
• 30% non refundable deposit is required upon confirmation
• Balance of payments 6 weeks prior to arrival.
• If reservation is less than 6 week before arrival balance payment is required for
confirmation.
• If the balance is not paid by the due date Bleverde reserves the right to cancel the booking and levy cancellation charges in accordance with our cancellation policy.
Cancellation Policy
Bleverde will ensure that each cancellation will be dealt with flexibility and goodwill but our standards are as follows:
• For all cancellations, the initial deposit equaling 30% is non-refundable.
• In addition, cancellations received more than 45 days prior to arrival will be charged 50% of the cost of the entire stay. Cancellations received between 30 and 15 days prior to arrival will incur a cost of 75% of the entire stay. Cancellations received less than 15 days prior to arrival incur 100% cost of the stay. In case of a Non-show, or early departure, the cost of the entire stay, as originally booked and confirmed, will be charged.
